What if my product arrives damaged?
Kalmbach Publishing Co. offers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. It is our goal to provide products and services that meet or exceed your expectations. If you receive a product that is damaged, you may return them for a refund, replacement or exchange within 30 days of receipt. The directions for return shipments can be found on the back of your packing slip.

It is always a good idea to contact our Customer Service department prior to returning the package as a note can be made in our system that will aide in proper reimbursement/replacement.

How do I return a shipment?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a physical product, you may return it for a full refund, credit or exchange of the product purchase price within 30 days of receipt.

Other digital products such as downloads, streaming videos, or online classes, are not covered under our return policy but if the product is defective or you are not satisfied with the quality of the item purchased, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-533-6644.

Be sure to include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with your return to ensure proper credit is given. If you have any questions regarding a return, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-533-6644.

Kalmbach Publishing Co. can only accept returns if the product was purchased directly from the publisher. Any other return should be made directly with the retailer from whom you purchased the product.

Processing Times: Returns are typically processed within 3 days of receipt.  If you originally paid via credit card, please watch for a credit on an upcoming statement within the next 30 days, depending on your billing cycle.  If the original payment method was via check, please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund check to arrive.

What are my payment options?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, personal check or money order. Payment should be in U.S. funds, drawn on an U.S. bank. Please do not send cash by mail.

Canadian prices include GST and shipping and must be payable in U.S. funds. Foreign prices include shipping and handling and must be payable in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. Bank.
