WAUKESHA, Wisc. — Kalmbach Publishing Co. hired Jennifer Jones as its credit manager. Jones comes from Adaptive Micro Systems, Milwaukee, where she managed the company's accounts receivable department. Jones holds both a bachelor's degree in Finance (2000) and a master's degree in Management (2006) from Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland.

"Jen's experience in credit and collections, along with her commitment to a high level of customer service makes her a great addition to our team," said Elizabeth DeLany, Kalmbach's controller.

Jen said she pursued a position at Kalmbach because of the company's "high level of professionalism and overall business culture."

As credit manager, Jones will lead, plan, manage, and control Kalmbach's credit and collections activities. Her duties include setting collection goals, analyzing previous collection activity of past-due accounts, maintaining an immediate relationship with delinquent and larger problem accounts, and dealing with collection agencies and attorneys.

When not at work, Jones enjoys spending time with her husband, Van, her three stepsons, and the family's Yorkshire terrier. Van and Jen were married in May 2008. She teaches lyrical dance at a private studio in Racine, Wisconsin, and travels to Maryland once every three months to teach dance class in her home state also.
