Q : What is the Model Railroader All-Access Pass?
A :The All-Access Pass is only available to Model Railroader magazine subscribers and includes access to the MR All-Time Online Archive and MR Video Plus website.
Q : How can I purchase the All-Access Pass?
A : The All-Access Pass can be added to a current Model Railroader magazine print or digital Zinio subscription for $4.95 per month.
Q :How do I pay for the All-Access Pass?
A : Your credit or debit card will automatically be charged on a monthly basis.
Q : How does monthly billing work for the All-Access Pass?
A : Your access to both the MR All-Time Online Archive and Model Railroader Video Plus will continue without interruption for as long as you have a current Model Railroader magazine print or digital (Zinio) subscription and a paid subscription to the All- Access Pass, unless you instruct us otherwise by email or telephone at least 2 business days before the end of your current monthly access period. Your credit card will automatically be charged monthly. You may cancel at any time. Taxes charged where applicable.
Q : Can I purchase just the All-Access Pass?
A : No. To purchase the All-Access pass, you must also have a current paid subscription to Model Railroader magazine print or digital Zinio edition.
Q : Can I get the All-Access Pass if I don’t have a credit or debit card?

Q : What is the Model Railroader All-Time Digital Archive?
A : MR All-Time Digital Archive is a complete, web-based collection of all issues from 1934 – present. Customers access the Archive via ModelRailroader.com.
Q : How is the Archive different from the 75-year DVD collection?
A : The Archive uses current, cloud-based technology and is available anytime.
A : The Archive is usable on any device with an Internet connection – Computer, smartphone, tablet etc.
A: The Archive includes an app that a customer can use to view issues offline. The app is available in the iTunes and Google Play stores.
A : The Archive is always up to date with the latest issue.
Q : Will Model Railroader release an update to the 75-year DVD?
A : No, due to technology concerns, Model Railroader will not release any 75-year DVD supplements.
Q : When will new issues be added to the Archive?
A : The new issue will be added each month to coincide with the current issue release.
Q : How does the app work?
A : The app for the All-Time Digital Archive is available in the iTunes and Google Play stores.
A : You will need to log in to the app in order to validate access to the Archive.
A: You may download issues for offline (not connected to the Internet) viewing at a later time.
Q : Are there specific computer requirements to view the online Archive?
A : If you experience errors causing the archive not to load properly (e.g. the loading logo is stuck over the publication), it could be caused by settings on your particular computer/device which are out of our control.
- Beta browser versions: We do not support beta browser versions, as they are not finalized or released yet, so we have not completed our testing on them.
- Old browser versions: Some of the older browser versions are not supported, or they are not advanced enough to support modern technology.
- Obscure browsers/devices: While we try to support cross browser/device compatibility, there are unconventional, unheard of or poorly built browsers and devices out there that we cannot support.

Q : Can I test the online Archive before I subscribe?
A : Because the archive is reserved exclusively for Model Railroader magazine subscribers, we cannot grant temporary access. To see how the archive functions, please watch this video MR Archive promo
Q : Can I subscribe to the archive if I have a subscription through another provider such as Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Apple, Google, Kobo etc.?
A : Because we cannot verify a subscription with an alternate provider, you will not be able to access the archive. You must have a current print magazine subscription or a digital magazine subscription fulfilled through Zinio.
