**Please note this applies to Macintosh installations only.

Due to the recent release of an Apple Security update, your Trains Complete Collection application may hang when you attempt to view the content in single or dual-page view.  You will be presented with the “spinning beach ball” cursor and your application will typically need to be force quit.  This affects both 10.6.8 systems that have the security update applied as well as 10.7.2 systems.

To resolve this issue, you will need to download and replace two application files per the following instructions:

  • Make sure you have quit the Trains Complete Collection application.

  • Download the following ZIP files. (File1) , (File2)

  • Extract the ZIP files on your Mac (usually double-clicking the ZIP file will extract the contents into the existing folder location or desktop; some browsers like Safari will automatically extract the contents into your Downloads folder).

  • Copy both the Impressario.xtra and Impressario2Pages.xtra files into your Applications/Trains Complete Collection/Xtras folder.  When prompted choose Replace.

  • Re-launch your Trains Complete Collection application.
